Thanks Spot.

The Theme's area had been pretty stagnant for a while...

Welcome. Actually, Tom Pauncz had brought it to my attention. I don't get notices from the Sony site like I used to...

Spot thanks for pointing this out to us. I am glad to see Sony step up to the plate and provide some more themes. It is has been a weak feature within Architect. Sometimes it is nice just to use a pre-made layout.

(Cross-posting from the DVDA Forum...)
I downloaded a couple of the new themes to my THEMES folder under Sony/DVD Architect2.0/Themes --- and when I fire up DVDA, the new ones don't show up. "Refresh" has no effect on this.
I notice that within the Themes folder, the "old" themes all have separate subfolders, named SOMENAME.thm, and each of these folders has several PNG files in it. With the new ones, there's no folder, just a single file named SOMENAME.thm --- no PNGs, no nothing.
Maybe these are aimed at the Sony "Studio" products, and don't work in DVDA?

... the new ones don't show up

You're putting them into the wrong folder. Take a look again and you'll see (at least on my system) 2 folders:

Sony/DVD Architect2.0/themes and
Sony/DVD Architect2.0/_Themes

Note the subtle difference between the two. The first one is where they should go. The second one has all the extra files in them.
