Hi!
I have played with Vegas Pro b3 a while now and I must say I
am really, really impressed... But everything could be made
better, so - a few suggestions:
* A "Mixdown Clip to New File" function would be highly
useful...
If you have a vocal part that you have copied to a few
places in a song, and want to do different editing on each
place without affecting all the clips... To accomplish this
right now you have to enter the filesystem explorer, make a
new copy of the original file, and insert it into Vegas...
Or - Am I missing the obvious?
* A shorcut key for enabling "Lasso Zooming" (Z?) as well as
a possibility to easily 'Undo' to the latest zoom level(s).
Right now the only way to zoom out (without using the drag
bars :-P) is to doubleclick in the right corner of the track
view, which brings you all way back to the outermost level.
I have also had some trouble when using Hubi's loopback
device syncing vegas to a sequencer internally. Every now
and then the sequencer seems to lag about two SMPTE frames.
Is this a problem with the sequencer, Vegas or with Hubi's
LBD???
I have tried different sequencers ans the problem is there
with all of them...
Regards!!
