More than 100 Chapters

I am transferring a deposition to DVD and am using each question as a chapter.

Using Vegas 5, I set up markers and then in DVDA the markers are imported as chapters, but only the first 100 when the scene selection function is used.

Is there a way to have more than 100 chapters in DVDA?

99 chapters is the limit per title with the dvd spec, so it isn't just a limitation of DVD-A. If you have DVD-A 2, you could split your video into two or more segments, define the end action to proceed to the next video, and within each video you could have 99 chapters. There might be a slight pause when you go from one clip to the next, so I would choose a point (if possible) where the pause would be relatively seamless.
