Not of the same 'type' of plugin.

1 plugin will open for Audio FX. Anytime you selectt a new Audio Plugin, its window will open and replace the last.

Pan/Crop will do the same. As soon as you open it for another clip... the new FX Window will replace the old.

You can have a Pan/Crop window open with an Audio FX window with a Video FX window, etc.
