More than one title

I need to create a DVD with 4 separate tilles. I must admit I'm not sure what this means. Do I have to create a playlist with the titles added? This is for use with a Leightronix system that will can play any of the titles on the DVD.

A title is basically a video. Import videos & they'll be separate titles. A play list just plays one title after the other. In your case I'd ask or research what the end user wants or what the specific system will take.
