Motion .ie every other frame effect? w/Normal volume

Here is the scoop, I shot a music video at my bar. The effect I want
is the following:

At a point in the video I crop in tight to the solo guitarist guitar, at this point
I want to give that effect where I am playing every other frame and keep in
sync with the music?

How can I achieve this?

Maybe it's just me being dumb, but i'm not sure what it is you want. Can you give some more explanation? Do you want the video to show every other frame as identical to the one before it (effectively 15fps instead of 30)? Do you want to show something else on every other frame? Do you want every other frame to sync to the music?

More information would be helpful.

Hi beatnik,

If you want a stp-frame effect, try right-clicking on the event and select a value in "undersample".
