Motion menus

New to DVD Arch Studio 4 but years of experience with Adobe Prem Elements & some with Ulead DVD workshop, both of which I could create motion menus (both background & buttons) Maybe being a bit thick but I can't find any info on how to set up motion menus.
HELP PLEASE

On the upper right side of the middle " Menu 1 " box, is Menu Page Properties and under that is Background Media. Click on Video under that, and it's actually a drop-down menu so you can then Replace the media with a video.

Or, even simpler yet, just right-mouse-button drag whatever moving background you want right onto DVDA's preview window and choose Set Background Video.
