motion tracking

I was reading that off The Behing The Scenes of a start wars short film. Can you select a certian part of the image for the track motion to track as the part moves?

Not like you can with Boris or Commotion, no. You can manually insert keyframes to track, but there is no automated motion follow.

You can with After Effects but not with Premeire. I just bought Discreet Combustion 3 after checking out all of the main compositing programs out their and decided on Combustion3. It's expensive but I love the work flow of it and it is very powerful. I should have it tommorow! Wooot ;-)
