Motion Type initiallyin Vegas 15

My videos all start with a Gussin Blur. How do I stop this from happening in Vegas 15?

Project Settings>Motion Blur choose the type of MB > Apply and check Make All Projects and Apply. Now all new projects should start the way you want. 😉

Or is this something else? Are you saying that the Blur FX starts with Gaussian?
