Mouse wheel doesn't work with Vegas 4.0

I can't zoom in/out in the timeline with my mouse wheel. I'm sure the wheel works because I can moved in the timeline with Shift+wheel. Is it a bug of Vegas 4.0 ? This is a classic Logitech mouse (Model M-S48) with Windows XP.

My MS track ball explorer wheel zooms in and out just fine in V4. Sometimes just opening the control panel for the mouse and then closing it will get things working again.

This seems to be a problem with the Logitech v9.75 driver and Vegas. Try version 9.73, that one works for me.
