mouseover highlighting

I thought I used to have it where I could get a button to highlight when a mouse ran over it.. Is this possible?

If you are viewing on your computer this is possible. Your software DVD player should highlight the links when you mouse over them by default.

If it is not put a retail DVD in there and see if it does it then. Your player may be acting up.
