.MOV file question

My p2 pocket camera shoots video that uploads to .MOV file and plays on Quicktime. When I create a combo PIC and Video project in VMSp7 and render for Internet or PC ...I get this delay (multi image)/blurred on the Video portion. I noticed that .MOV files are uploaded to 320x240x24 at 15.000 FPS, would that be the issue?

I would like to put my project on DVD (DVDAS).

Any suggestions on how to smooth out the .MOV file videos?

thanks
T

Right-mouse-button click on the .mov clip on the timeline, choose properties / switches / disable resample. What's happening is that in order to convert 15fps to 29.97 Vegas is adding the inbetween frames by fading frames into each other and this causes a ghosted appearance. Turning off resampling will force Vegas to instead use each .mov frame twice, as is, rather than combining.
