MOV render audio tracks out of sync

Movie Studio 13 Platinum.

This just happened last night and I haven't had a chance to investigate further. I rendered a short (45s) edited clip to .mov for potential web page posting. On playback the left and right audio tracks seem to be out of sync, giving an "echo" effect. I also rendered to .MP4 and that plays back perfectly.

The audio tracks are ungrouped from the video but still on the timeline as stereo pairs in a single "track".

Has anybody else seen this problem?

Any other ideas for a render solution suitable for website use??

Thanks

What model of camcorder is your original video coming from?

If you open your source video in G spot or Media Info, what audio bit rate and codec is listed?

The Camera is a Canon 7D. Some of the audio (mostly B-roll) is using the camera's audio with an external mic, other (mostly sync tracks) are recorded on a Tascam DR-07, MkII.

According to Media Info, the camera audio (PCM) is CBR, 1.536Mbps, stereo at 48Khz sampling in 16 bits.
The Tascam audio (wav format) is CBR, 2.304 Mbps, stereo at 48Khz, 24 bit.

Everything plays back just fine on the timeline, and also on MP4 or WMV rendered outputs, it's just when I render to MOV that I get this problem where the left track sounds like it is 1 (or 2) frames in advance of the right track, giving rise to a pronounced "echo" effect.

I am using the latest build of Studio 13 Platinum.

Rendered to MOV what?
Hundreds of codec combinations possible there.
Exact file properties, please.

See below for MediaInfo of rendered MOV file (with audio problems). This is the standard MOV option offered by MSP13 by the "make Movie" button.

That's an ancient, low quality format.
What's your intended use for the video?
The Sony internet templates work fine for most uses.

publishing to a web page.
I'll use a different Internet format instead.
Thanks..

The AVC/MP4 format in Vegas has internet templates that work just fine.
