Move Images down the timeline

How do you move all images in all traks including audio down the timeline at the same time.
I had major problems doing this when I tried to insert a credit roll at the start as not all would move at the same time and if you had transitions they all ended up in the wrong place.

Make sure nothing is selected... and then (as GG said) "Place the timeline cursor where you want to insert. Insert-Time".
