Move Scene Selection to Page One

I created my chapter marks in Vegas. Created the MPEG2/AC3 files in Vegas. Imported the MPEG file into DVD-A. DVD-A automatically imported the AC3 file. This gives me one icon for the main movie on the first page of the layout.

I can right-click on the movie object and select "Insert Scene Selection Menu," and this will give me multiple sub-pages with the chapter icons corresponding to the chapter marks I set in Vegas.

The problem is, this isn't what I want. What I want is to have this scene selection menu be on the first page, and on subsequent pages (if I have enough scenes).

Is there a way to do this automatically?

I have tried deleting the main page after generating the sub menus, but these submenus are linked and they disappear as soon as I delete the main page.

It will take a little effort but manually create some sub pages, manually select the second through the last sub page menu options and CUT them. Go to the proper manual page and PASTE them.

For the first selection menu, select all and CUT them and PASTE them to the main menu page. In other words, just use cut and paste to move the links where you really want them.

Edward,

As usual you are correct. I figured this out while waiting for a reply and have the trial DVD (DVD-RW) burning now. A little bit of a kludge, but far faster than re-doing all the chapter stops.

Now if I just didn't have to manualy re-size all the chapter icons (DVD-A makes them so small!!

You only have to resize the FIRST one. Then you can make all of the rest the same size by selecting them all and using the resizing and positioning buttons to the left of the design screen.
