Move tracks on timeline with keyboard instead of mouse

Is there a way to move either audio or video tracks on the project timeline without using the mouse? Using the mouse to make very slight adjustments is basically impossible. I have a separate mp3 track with recorded audio that needs to line up exactly with the video track, so that the video of the person speaking is exactly synchronized with the audio on the mp3 file (the mp3 file is an exact recording of the same event). Something along the lines of holding the control key while using left/right arrows, to be able to make very fine movements. I can't believe I'm the first to ask, but I've been unable to find this anywhere...

Go into Help and search for keyboard shortcuts. It's all there!

Move selected events one frame left/right - Numeric Keypad 1/3

Move selected events one pixel left/right - Numeric Keypad 4/6

Ken.
