Movie Expansion pack vol 1

pioneer109 wrote on 11/1/2022, 5:31 PM

I bought and downloaded the Movie expansion pack vol1 when using Vegas Pro 19 and was disappointed to find that this expansion pack does not work in Vegas Pro 20.. Is it just my set up or was the expansion pack just licenced to ver19. Nowhere within the marketing can I find that the expansion pack is tied to a particular version.

Expansion Pack Vol1 is working fine on my end. I am unsure what the issue could be regarding yours. ... Maybe reinstall the pack?

Could you say more about "this expansion pack does not work in Vegas Pro 20"- what isn't working?

New Blue Titler Pro 7 does not work for me. New Blue Application Manager States Titler Pro 7 for Vegas Pro 19

Just looking at the Movie Expansion Pack Vol 1 from both Hubs in VP19 and VP20, they are identical as of today. And from the VP19 Hub, the Movie Expansion Pack Vol 1 offer states that:

... the Expansion Pack works with both VP19 and VP20.

No Eric I had not seen that. I have raised a ticket with NewBlue about the problem and am awaiting a reply.

@pioneer109, Yes, all NewBlue products work in VEGAS Pro 20. Please do make sure you're on build 214 which fixed some issues with Titler Pro.
