Movie Studio Platinum 12 was working fine on my machine. Then reinstalled several unrelated applications. (Visual Studio, SQL Server). Now, whenever I try to start the program, I get this error:

An error occurred starting Movie Studio Platinum.
Error 0x80131902 (missing message).

It was working fine before I started reinstalling things. I tried reinstalling Movie Studio, but that didn't change anything.

Anybody have any clues
