Movie studio 12 has stopped working

I just got my software today and did installed it. but every time i click the shortcut logo to open it an error message pop up.

"MOVIE STUDIO HAS STOPPED WORKING"

That particular message almost always has to do with your Quicktime installation.
What version?

Version 7.7.4 for Windows 7

Yeah, that one's been associated with some problems. Roll back to 7.7.1 and keep your eyes on it. Also disable automatic updates in QT Player ;?)

Just remove the QT and now the Movie Studio is working properly.
