windows 10, when I start the rendering process, the video get smaller than the preview frame, the finished render video is much smaller in the play back screen.

Check you aren't using the PIP track for your clips. If so delete the PIP FX from the track.

As for getting smaller in the preview during rendering that's normal but your rendered file should be correct size.
