My Specs:

R5 3600x, rtx 2070, 16gb ram, windows10 64bit

I have tried numerous fixes and none have worked until I tried placing the d3d9.dll file directly into the folder, SV movie studio finally opened, I tried to replicate the fix and it won't open again (should of just been happy I fixed it the first time) but now i'm stuck again without being able to use my software. all my drivers are up to date, ive tried renaming files, uninstalling & reinstalling, I've even installed the software on my streaming computer that doesn't have a dedicated gpu and just uses the intel igp from the i5-6600k and it works fine without having to do any workaround, or anything of the sort. some insight would be appreciated.
