Has anyone figured out what's going on?

How should we know, not knowing what you are doing exept rendering.
- How do you render
- What you you render?
-- Project......
-- Sourcefiles......
-- Rendergoal and destination and so on

Made a short 20 sec clip of video and pics and tried to render it to an m2ts file. I was successful the first time and created the file. I changed a picture in the clip and tried to render it again overwriting the existing file but it got stuck at 2% and would not progress. I tried to render it and not overwrite the exisitng file and this time it went to 38% before it froze. Never had this issue with the original download.
