Hi, I need help activating Movie Studio Platinum 13 after reinstalling Windows 11.

The serial number is already registered in my MAGIX account (this is correct),
but Movie Studio 13 cannot be activated anymore.

I always get the following message:

“Error 12002 – Unable to connect to the registration server (timeout)”

It seems that the old Sony/MAGIX activation server is no longer reachable,
so online activation does not work.

I would like to continue using Movie Studio 13.
Could you please provide:

an offline activation method, or

a manual activation code, or

another way to activate Movie Studio Platinum 13 on my current system?
