Moving a project to another computer

What is the best way to move a project and all it media files to another machine?

For me, in Vegas > File > Save as... > Copy and trim media to CD/DVD depending on the size. Then everything, Veg file and all media for the project are saved there.

I use Roxio DirectCD (also used BHA) but any packet writing component in the burning software would work or you could save as above to a folder and use the regular Data burning component.

If the same burning software is not installed on the second PC you will have to close/finalize the CD/DVD
