Moving audio events in tiny increments

Hi. I was wondering if it was possible to move an audio event by less than one frame. I know that dedicated audio software (e.g. Cakewalk Sonar) allows you to shift events in increments down to the actual sample. This would be a really useful feature for me, as tiny misalignments in audio events can often be heard. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Under Options, turn off Quantize to frames. This will let you make sub-frame adjustments.

That was easy. Thanks!

So what, exactly, is the purpose of " Quantize To Frames ". I have noticed its effect and have turned it off for similar purposes, but had fears that it may mess up the work in some subtle way. Like, putting frames where they shouldn't be, if that makes sense.

Anyway, would love some clarification.

It's good for video tracks in that it makes sure that the frames in the source material line up with the project's frames. Well, at least it does this if the source material has the same frame rate as the project.
