moving audio + video track together

Hi all

I've edited down a video which has a number of tracks within it. I'm now trying to add text overlays and music.

The problem I have is when I try to move the audio or video they then become out of synch. Is there any way I can lock these aspects together (throughout the whole video) so that I can drag and move the whole track as one?

I hope this makes sense :)

Left click the first event on the track and then shift click the last event on the track (thereby highlighting all the events on the track) and press G (Group). The whole Group will then move as a .......well..... group.
