I'm installing Vegas and several of my other multimedia programs on a new computer. I would like to also move the CODEC's from the old computer to the new, but don't want to move the entire application that originally installed the CODEC. For example, I have a "Pinnacle DV2" CODEC in my old computer that was part of a DV500 / Premiere installation. I don't want to install the software on the new machine, but would like to keep the CODEC. Is there a way to move and register CODEC's only?
