Hola,
I need your help, how do I go about transfering a group of events and audio from one project timeline and adding them to a timeline in another project? There's probably an easy procedure, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance, I hope to contibute info into the mix when I become more proficient at Vegas 5., I enjoy using this NLE and encourage other editors to try it for its versitility and easy of producing outstanding results.

Open Vegas a second time (by starting the program again, once you already have one copy running). Open project A in the first "instance" of Vegas, and open project B in the second instance. You can then copy and paste between them.

There are answers to many common questions like this over in the VASST forum. Check it out here:

Thanks johnmeyer
You have just saved me a ton of time. It seems simple enough once it's explained, but being new to this NLE software your help is greatly appreciated.....I will sign up for the VASST site. Good Day! Modena

The best way would be to use the nested timeline feature. OH, that's right, VEGAS DOESN'T HAVE IT.

hint, hint, hint!!!!!!!
