I just upgraded from v1.0b to v3. Overall I'm really happy with the functional improvements in v3! I have encountered one functional change that I find annoying, and I'm wondering if there's a way to change the behaviour:

When I used the numpad arrow down to move a highlighted piece of audio in v1, Vegas would begin opening new audio tracks if I moved the audio below the existing number of tracks. Now, in v3, the audio stops moving at the last existing track and no new one is created...Can this "function" be turned on/off?
