Vegas pro 15 audio problem

with the file open ( any Pro 15 file ) when rendering with mp3 (not all the time) the mp3 file will be the right size but flat line no audio

Not sure, but have you tried disabling so4 plugin? Seems like it might be worth a try just to see.
