Audio Subject in Vegas Video 3.0b

For some reason this MP3 i downloaded will not play sound all the way through (it becomes silent around 10 minutes into the track). However, this same mp3 will play entirely in Sound Forge 6.0. This is disc 1 of 2 of an album (all the songs are in one big file). This problem also occcured with disc 2. Someone must have messed it up while encoding it or had ripping errors...(The album BTW is "BT - Ima"; this also occured with "BT - Movement in Still Life"; it's a reccuring theme)
