MP4 File hinting for Progressive Download

Does anyone know how to “hint” or create H.264 mp4 files in Vegas 8pro so they will play as a progressive download?

The Main Concept AVC/AAC option does not seem to provide any option for streaming or “hinting” I have tried the Quicktime MOV option using Mpeg4 movie, but it seems to produce larger files and inferior results in both audio an video from the Concept AVC/AAC option?

mp4box will do it - it's command line

mp4box -inter 300 -isma xx.mp4

Google for MP4Box.
