mp4 - green screen

I have recently downloaded some mp4 files and they play in my media players but when I bring them up in Vegas I just get a green screen. This worked before, does anyone know what might have happened and why I cannot see this video now?

Upload us somewhere such a small file (a few MBs) on a server, so we can download it, and check it out ourselves about what kind of MP4 files that is. There are many MP4 video formats you see.
