First of all, for those you are generating SVCD stuff, I figured out how to generate MPEG2 compliant
files with VF and one other program. The MPEG2 file however is generated by the VF plugin which is
very convenient. I have noticed however that the quality of the MPEG2 output is questionable with
moving objects. I would describe them just as unnatural and odd. Not exactly jittery but almost
vibrating I guess would be a good description. It almost gives you a headache! Basically I am using
the following settings:
Mpeg-2
2520 KBPS Video
Best Render
224 KBPS stereo
guassian blur at 0.033 sec (have tried 0.1 and also no blur effects)
Lower Field first
480x480
Any suggestions for a decent render??
Thx
