MPEG Encoding Guide has disappeared from the ftp !

I looked here

in the MPEG Encoding guide sub-directory and there was nothing there !

Has it been deleted ?

According to SonicEPM, the server was letting users delete files, and somebody did. This will be fixed. The guide appears to be back now.
