MPEG HELP

I am using Movie Studio 8.0 and I want to render as MPEG and the help file says?
MPEG frame widths that are divisable by 16 and frame hights that are divisable by 2

What does all of this mean?? I as because I have a my videos in 720 x 480 NTSC DV can I keep this like this and just encode in MPEG 2??

Are you rendering for DVD? If so, choose the "DVD Architect" template, either standard or widescreen depending on your project. Don't worry about the frame sizes at all.

But if you're curious, divisible by 16 means that there won't be a remainder left over. 720 divided by 16 = 45.0, no remainder, so it's fine. You wouldn't be able to render to, say, 710x480, because 710 can't be evenly divided by 16.
