. . but is excellent in Vegas7e?

I cannot fathom what I've done wrong?

I have a lower third credit roll. It looks terrific play from the AVI to the external. It looks terrific played from the MPEG too. But once within DVDA the roll is broken up.

I've got my settings in DVDA as per the material as per PAL widescreen.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

I just HAVE to be doing something wrong.

TIA

Grazie

Did you actually burn the disc? If so, does it also appear broken when played back?

Not yet. I'm proofing to make sure.

DVDA's playback is pretty woeful except at the very best setting but then the fps gets pretty iffy depending on bitrate. To judge the motion lower the preview quality to get more fps.

One has to wonder why this is so when most PCs seem to have no problem playing back a DVD from the disk. Playback from the HDD should be a piece of cake.
