MPEG plug-in

I down-loaded the MPEG plug-in for VF but am not sure how they work as there is almost no info from Sonic Foundry. Does anyone know the answer or where I can get more info.

I downloaded the MPEG plugin but could not install it. When I
double-clicked the file, I received a message that the file sfMPEGWeb_bld22.exe was
not a valid Win32 application. Any suggestions?
