MPEG Plug-in not registering

I was a VideoFactory 1.0 user up until yeterday when my upgrade to VF 2.0 arrived. Instead of installing the 2.0 software, I downloaded the 2.0a update with my new serial number and registered it. After creating a video, I went to make the movie in Mpeg format, but the Mpeg Plug-in needed to be register first. No problem, so I started the registration. It came back with an error saying my serial number was an activation code. The problem is that it doesn't allow me to input the code, it pulls it directly from my software. I went to verify that the number was the same as what I entered when I originally installed VF 2.0a, but it was different. Consequently, I can't render to Mpeg.

Has anyone had this problem? I haven't called or emailed Support yet. Thought I would try the forum first.

FYI - The movie I did make turned out excelent as a .WMV
