I ask this forum this question because I imported the sample movie in SB and it previewed very choppy. I had to pre-render it to make it smooth. This is different than the normal AVI that I import. However, it previews in Windows Movie Maker just fine. Any thoughts as to why SB would be having an issue with this? Why would Movie Maker play it fine and SB will not without rendering?
More importantly, what are your thoughts of the version of MPEG? I had never heard of it.
I am not trying to replace my camcorder. However, if the quality is nearly as good, it might be nice to have a extremely portable capture device. I am willing to trade off that I can only capture 6 minutes on a 512MB card, but I do not want noticably poorer quaility.
Your feeback is appreciated.
