MPEG2 decoder

Hello again,
I just got my VideoFactory and it is great. I purchased the MPEG2 decoder.

How can I get Windows Media Player to use that decoder when it is playing MPEG files instead of the one it is using now? (The one that it is using now is a non-registered version so there is a little pixel running around over the screen)

Thanks / Christer

Just a guess but I would uninstall whatever unregistered MPEG2 decoder you have on your machine and see if WMP picks up the MainConcept one. Since Windows doesn't come with MPEG2 support, some other software package must have installed it.

Actually, the unregistered decoder was installed by me in order to view my MPEG1 and 2 files.
I will try your suggestion.
