You can use MPEG Wideo Wizard by Womble. It works great, and it doesn't re-encode.

Or you can burn it to double layer DVD+R disk.

Just be aware that DVD Arch doesn't currently support double layer burning, and SonyEPM has also said that they don't support DVDA projects being burned with software that does support DL burning.

I have sucessfully burned a DVDA project to DL using CopyToDVD.

you also could use DVD Shrink and shrink it down to size -- but really re-encoding it or splitting it (wobble as mentioned) is the best way ...

next time use a bit rate calculator !
