MPEG4 & YouTube

I am trying to produce video clips to be run on YouTube and would like to optimise the clips to get the best quality images. According to my research it is best to render as an MPEG4 movie with dimensions of 320x240 and a combined data rate 384kbps or 512kbps.

I am working with Vegas 7e and have noted that there are two MPG4 options:

Main Concept AVC/AAC MP4:

Apple IPod 320x240 and
Apple IPod 640x480

My question is, are the above suitable for uploading to YouTube?

Video Resolution: 450 x 338
Video Frame Rate: 30 FPS
Video Key Frame Every: 45 Frames
Video Codec: Sorenson Spark Pro
Video Data Rate: 680 Kbps

Audio Codec: Frauhoffer MP3
Audio Sound Field: Mono
Audio Data Rate: 128 Kbps

Total Data Rate: 805 Kbps
YouTube's preferred Encoding Format: Flash FLV (Sorenson 2-Pass VBR)

These settings may have changed since the latest Flash upgrade now supporting the MP4 video format. YouTube has been converting most of their collection to MP4 since the deal with the Apple iPhone (which does not support flash or FLV, you've actually been watching those videos in MP4 the whole time).
