MS 12 Platinum quit working. I've used it for years on a computer that started out as Win 8 and is updated to Win10. Just made quite a few DVDs last month. Now, it gets stuck (little blue circle going around and around endlessly) just trying to pull in a few MOV files. This is after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I've also tried 'run as administratror' to no avail. Before this started happening, I was getting the 'ms has stopped working' window all the time.

I ended up downloaded MS 14 Platinum to see if that would make a difference. Same issues.

I went back to an old 7.6 something Quicktime I had saved because this used to be and issue. Reboot--no difference. Back to latest Quicktime. No change.

Right now I cant make a video.

Any input on other programs from other makers I might try?
