MS 18: Main window won't come up

I just purchased this for my brand new Windows 10 machine (Movie Studio Platinum 18)

It worked fine, but a couple weeks later after an update, it does not work anymore.

The main window fails to open. Only the timeline and two small windows open. Thus, I can't access the main menu bar that has very important commands, like opening, saving, importing, exporting, publishing, etc.

I just paid for this and I barely even used it!

HELP!!!!
