MS .NET question

drbam wrote on 6/28/2004, 7:47 AM
I've just installed Vegas 5.0b and like everyone, now I have to deal with the .NET forced log on procedure. I recall a short discussion recently about this on this forum but was unable to locate it. Is there a way to disable the forced log on? All I could see is a choice between signing on with my name or clicking a button.

Thanks,

drbam

Delete the ASP.net logon account. That should do it for ya.

Thanks, but what is the procedure to do this exactly? I sure don't want to risk doing something that won't allow me access. ;-O

Thanks again,

In XP......
START/Control Panel/User Accounts/ then click on the asp.net log in account and select delete the account option.Done.
