MS14 free trial installation is freezing

Hi,

I downloaded both the platinum version and regular version of Movie Studio 14 and this is where it stays frozen for both.

Any ideas?

Downloads from Magix are saved to this location on your computer:
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\MAGIX Downloads\Installationsmanager

Make sure you have plenty of room on your Hard Drive.

I would recommend you delete the failed attempts from inside the downloads folder and try again.
I would also recommend you re-boot your computer before making another attempt.

Thank you. It turns out my Windows is not compatible with this version. Something to do with 32 vs 64 bit version. Is there a way to download a different bit size?

Both Movie Studio and Vegas Pro in its current versions are 64 bit only.
