MS15 and .MOV files

MS 15 Platinum Build 102

Hello all .... I have been using MS14 Plat for a while and have had no issues at all. Just upgraded to MS15 Plat and immediately I find I cannot insert .MOV files. I have been happily using MS14 with these all of the time - I use a couple of SJCams and this is the native output. If I attempt to insert the files the program just stops responding.

Edit: I cannot copy .MOV nor .WAV files directly from the Explorer window to the timeline. All I get is the circular blue Windows "busy" icon. This just goes on for ages. Sometimes the program is marked as "Not Responding", sometimes it just just stops doing what I have asked it to do. If I click on a .MOV or .WAV file in Explorer it can takes up to 30 seconds just to identify the file details. I still have MS14 installed and I can just select a whole raft of .MOV files and drag then directly to the timeline. No delay at all.

Edit 2: In fact I cannot drag anything from Explorer to the Timeline without it falling over

Any and all help very welcome. Have to say I am not impressed at the moment

MS15 appears to have a few problems at present. The MS15 General Discussion thread at the top of this page discusses several. A new build is due out soon we hope. Until then personally I'm continuing with using MS14.

Thanks for that. Releasing software in this state is totally deplorable. Surely there are testers? (Shakes head slowly). Thanks again.
