MSP15 'extensions' menu

So, I'm trying to get my VASST StillMotion to work with MS v15. I install the latest version and look for it on the 'extensions' menu. I find:
   a) menu | tools | extensions = 'No Extensions.'
   b) menu | edit | extensions = EventHeal ; SwapProxy.
      what are these apps?
   When I try EventHeal, it says "an error occurred . . ."
c) menu | View | extensions = QuickStartPane ; VASST StillMotion

* WHY does MS have three 'extensions' menu items & how are they different?? For example, the 'edit' extension menu does not have any obvious way to edit (add or remove??) extension items. Can anyone help? Thx!

To me it is pretty obvious,

- with extensions from "edit" you are able to edit things

- with extensions from "view" you are able to choose an extension that can be docked as a window so it is immedialtly possible to view and use.

- with extensions from "tools" you are able to use such an extension as a tool, f.i. to add Smartsound Music to your finished project.
