MSSQL$SONY_MEDIAMGR message

When I open Vegas 6, I get a message that says MSSQL$SONY_MEDIAMGR service does not exist. The Media Manager then does not work. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

I tried those tips. DIdn't work. Still get the same error message. Any other ideas?

After a bit of research and exploration, I did a repair of my Microsoft Office application. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the Vegas and related software. That appears to have done the trick. Apparently there was a SQL file that was hosed!
